Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for vacancies across multiple regions, including sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to define workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • •Drive global recruitment transformation by reviewing regional approaches, developing governance and standards, and improving recruitment effectiveness and quality of hire.
  • •Support interim recruitment solutions during the post-carve-out transition and lead transition to future-state processes and systems.
  • •Act as recruitment systems subject matter expert for the HiBob recruitment module, supporting requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance, integrations, training, reporting, and data integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • •4–6 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or talent management.
  • •Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and preferably multiple countries or regions.
  • •Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms and recruitment reporting tools.
  • •Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and sourcing skills, with advanced English communication.
