Lead SAP Systems Integration Suite (HR)

Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable SAP SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Integration Suite / CPI. Own integration flows end-to-end—design, build, test, deploy, monitor and support—connecting SuccessFactors HR processes with SAP and non-SAP enterprise platforms. Create reusable integration patterns and components, strengthen observability and audit readiness, optimize existing CPI iFlows, and mentor internal ISA resources while coordinating with HRMS, SAP functional teams, data engineering, security, and vendors.
