Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the Principal Contracting Delivery client base, services, and solutions within the delivery area.
  • •Take full accountability for projects delivered under the Principal Contracting Delivery model, managing budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • •Identify and secure new project opportunities; support bids, tenders, and proposals including solution development and presentations.
  • •Own project P&L and financial performance, and develop/manage business plans and forecasts to ensure cash flow and margin performance.
  • •Lead, develop, and grow project teams, including recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ project management experience within a Principal Project Management Delivery environment.
  • •5+ years’ experience developing new project opportunities.
  • •Proven P&L ownership and commercial management experience.
  • •Strong supply chain and vendor management expertise, including procurement, supplier management, and payment processes.
  • •Fluent in German and English.
