Job Summary

Design and deliver eLearning and onsite training materials for Mastercard Advisors’ global clients. Create effective visual presentations and animations using PowerPoint, After Effects, and other design tools. Collaborate with a central delivery hub to develop training programs, structure work efficiently, and support onboarding with engaging learning resources.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the development of eLearning and onsite training programs for large global clients from a central delivery hub.
•Obtain information from multiple sources, collate, analyze, and convert information to develop effective visual presentations, animations, and other training materials and programs.
•Apply a range of graphic design, motion design, and eLearning techniques to construct lessons and develop training resources.
•Plan, organize, and structure own work to manage time and effort within project timelines.
•Support onboarding with immersive training delivery and best practices for Mastercard Advisors clients.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
•Graphic Design major or relevant coursework, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe After Effects
•Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia, Articulate Storyline, or similar eLearning tools
•Professional-level English language capability
