Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with building management and landlords to oversee daily maintenance, workspace layout, seating, and booking systems.
  • •Supervise third-party vendors, monitoring SLAs, checklists, and performance.
  • •Manage office supply inventories and storerooms, and process purchase requisitions and invoices via the procurement system.
  • •Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and Protective Security Management (PSM) standards, and execute BCM, Crisis Management, and Emergency Response Management (ERM) procedures with monthly incident reporting.
  • •Track, analyze, and report energy, water, and waste consumption data to support CSRD and contribute to group sustainability meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, General Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • •1+ years of experience in facility management, building management, administrative services, or property management.
  • •Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
  • •Fundamental knowledge of MEP systems and fire safety systems.
  • •Familiarity with local safety laws, environmental standards, BCM, and crisis management frameworks.
