Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while meeting SLAs and performing root-cause analysis.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) using controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations, especially for regulated healthcare workflows.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements.

Key Requirements

•6–12 years of experience providing healthcare application support and maintenance.
•Strong domain knowledge of healthcare provider workflows and operational support.
•Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Experience monitoring application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, performing maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
•Knowledge of regulated healthcare requirements, including HIPAA, security standards, and data privacy documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles, audit materials).
