Vans: Supervisor - Outlet Collection at Niagara

Lead store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer engagement, coach and develop associates, and uphold merchandising and store standards. Monitor performance against KPIs and support sales and profit goals alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Supervise daily opening/closing procedures, manage floor coverage and delegation, oversee inventory and stockroom operations, support onboarding, and uphold policies, safety, and loss prevention while fostering an inclusive store environment.
