Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct user research and usability testing, and use insights to improve UX/UI design decisions.
  • •Create pixel-perfect, brand-aligned designs across websites, social media, digital campaigns, and other platforms.
  • •Maintain brand standards and consistency by staying current with UI updates and aligning work with digital standards and guidelines.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) to translate briefs into actionable design solutions and support delivery through publication.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by generating innovative ideas, seeking feedback, and adapting to evolving design guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •4–7 years of relevant experience in digital design and a strong digital design portfolio.
  • •Ability to deliver UX/UI solutions for websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • •Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
  • •Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design best practices.
