Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise directies, operations leadership and technology owners on strategic transformation initiatives within manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • •Identify, develop and close complex consulting opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • •Shape end-to-end transformation programs focused on operational excellence, digital manufacturing and future-proof operations.
  • •Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders at C-level and senior management.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams within complex consultancy and transformation engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •A higher education degree ( HBO/WO) in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, IT, Supply Chain or Digital Transformation.
  • •Extensive experience (8–12+ years) in consultancy, manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, digital transformation or operational excellence.
  • •Strong knowledge of Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0, Operational Excellence/Lean, Supply Chain transformation, Data & AI, ERP- and MES-ecosystems, and automation and digital operations.
  • •Experience in client-facing consultancy roles and business development activities with a strong commercial mindset.
  • •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders (C-suite, COO/CIO, Plant Directors).
