Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the IT focal point for the Kraków Center to ensure IT support is delivered on time and supports business continuity.
  • •Perform asset management masterisation actions, manage hardware ownership (stock, leasing, hardware support), and maintain local hardware and consumables.
  • •Ensure hardware provisioning (leasing, stock management, device enrolment, ZTE setup) and provide local support services.
  • •Provide infrastructure maintenance aligned with OLA/SLAs, monitor system performance versus SLAs, and manage security exception requests.
  • •Execute ITIL-based support processes (incident, problem, change, configuration, event management), analyze failures, escalate as needed, and lead backup processing and disaster recovery tests.

Key Requirements

  • •IT or engineering degree.
  • •3 to 5 years of professional IT-related experience.
  • •Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and logistics for masterisation, leasing, and stock management.
  • •Knowledge of Infrastructure Operations and Business Continuity to protect local infrastructure availability and data integrity.
  • •ITIL framework and technical support knowledge for structured support processes; fluent in English.
