Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain computer networks including VPNs, routers, switches, and other hardware; install/configure network equipment; configure/manage firewalls; monitor systems to improve network performance.
  • •Administer and troubleshoot VMware environments, including developing/deploying ANETS VMware solutions and installing OSes, service packs, security patches, and bug fixes.
  • •Perform system administration and architecture work for client/server environments, implement highly-available server/networking/storage infrastructure, and troubleshoot OS, network, and application performance issues.
  • •Administer Cisco Identity Services (ISE) for network access control features, including installation, deployment, and ongoing configuration management.
  • •Schedule, perform, and monitor backups and data recoveries; interface with network administrators/service desk teams to track job tickets and support outage documentation and repair activities.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree and 5 years’ experience, or High School diploma/GED and 6-10 years of experience.
  • •U.S. Citizenship required; Active Secret clearance to start with ability to achieve a Top-Secret clearance.
  • •DoDM 8140.03 Intermediate Level certification, or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire date.
  • •Experience with trunk/circuit testing and monitoring to review and act on message traffic to protect communication availability and routings.
  • •Microsoft SQL Database Administrator experience.
