Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, while providing a great customer experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect the hauler for safe driving, complete customer paperwork, and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system. Work 11am–9pm on-site in Wyoming, Michigan, rotating days off and maintaining a clean driving record in line with CMV driver requirements.
