Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, motivate, and mentor the mechanical maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping presses, robots, laser blanker line, scrap conveyors, cranes and other related machinery parks.
  • •Conduct detailed inspections, diagnose mechanical system failures, and perform repairs on mechanical systems.
  • •Rapidly respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes of mechanical malfunctions, and restore productivity in a timely manner.
  • •Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • •Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and other safety standards, promote a strong safety culture, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Requirements

  • •+7 years of stamping maintenance experience, preferably with servo tandem line, laser blanker line, overhead cranes, milling machine operations
  • •Journeyman card/trade school certificate preferred
  • •High school diploma; additional education or apprenticeship is a plus
  • •Experience in Stamping Press line and/or complex manufacturing preferred
  • •Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, electrical schematics/PLCs, and reading engineered drawings
