Client Relationship Consultant 1-4 (Banker) - Cincinnati West Branches

Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess banking needs, gather and process customer information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to each customer’s goals. Open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while delivering an optimal client experience. Educate customers on digital and self-service tools and partner with branch teams to serve customers with operational excellence and accuracy.
