Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations in person and by phone.
  • •Open personal and business accounts (including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit).
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while building referral sources and new client relationships.
  • •Collaborate with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships based on goals.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, supporting branch operations and assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience prioritized).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to interact with small business clients, overcome objections, and ask fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
