Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure project teams are aware of safety requirements.
  • •Prepare, implement, and monitor the construction project EHS plan.

  • •Supervise client-side EHS oversight resources, including outsource EHS competent persons.
  • •Lead investigations and root-cause analysis, and champion safety initiatives aligned with the Turner & Townsend Safety Programme.

Key Requirements

  • •+8 years’ experience in EHS lead management positions.
  • •Demonstrable experience on large-scale, complex construction projects (data center experience preferred).
  • •Practiced in project control mechanisms and technical risk assessments.
  • •Strong communication skills, including visualizing issues and communicating them to others, in both Spanish and English.
  • •Experience coordinating and motivating consultants/contractors and building relationships with key stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
