Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end administration of the Salesforce platform including provisioning, roles/profiles/permission sets, sharing rules, and org-wide security posture
•Serve as principal owner of platform configuration (custom objects/fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Flow-based automation)
•Design, build, and maintain custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL
•Own integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools/AppExchange packages, including installation, upgrades, health monitoring, and troubleshooting
•Manage Salesforce release lifecycle and monitor platform health/performance, proactively remediating risks and partnering on compliance support

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 141,500 - 203,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration and Development experience, including ownership of a production, multi-integration org
•Salesforce Administrator certification required
•Ability to configure declaratively (Flow, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts) and write code (Apex, LWC, SOQL)
•Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including least-privilege access and SSO/SCIM patterns
•Experience owning third-party integrations and AppExchange packages, plus sandbox/change set or DevOps release tooling
