Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and resolve client complaints across equities, options, futures, forex, and fixed income, including trade execution, account funding, corporate actions, and reporting/tax matters.
  • •Analyze account administration issues such as margin calls, liquidations, interest charges, and fee disputes, and assess platform/connectivity or data discrepancies.
  • •Prepare clear, professional, regulatory-compliant written responses and maintain detailed case records with supporting evidence.
  • •Meet regulatory deadlines for acknowledgment, investigation, and resolution; translate complex market concepts into client-friendly language.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience handling complaints escalated to regulators (SFC, ASIC, MAS), including drafting regulatory responses and managing formal inquiry processes.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to regulatory and policy compliance.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
