Principal Engineer — Product & Application Security

Own the multi-year technical vision for product and application security across the Freshworks portfolio, including secure-by-design reference architectures and organization-wide standards. Lead threat modeling, security design reviews, and secure SDLC at scale, embedding AI-assisted left-shift practices across CI/CD. Serve as the top technical escalation point for critical incidents, drive vulnerability-class elimination, and shape AI/agent, supply-chain, and zero-trust security strategies.
