Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert newly KYC-passed leads by proactively calling clients, introducing the platform, addressing concerns, and guiding them to make their first deposit.
  • •Manage a structured calling pipeline in Zendesk by logging calls, tagging outcomes accurately, and setting follow-ups.
  • •Build product expertise across Wahed’s range (GIA, ISA, SIPP, workplace pensions, business accounts, and alternative investments) and explain features without giving personal recommendations or financial advice.
  • •Own joiner and leaver processes alongside HR, coordinating equipment, access, and set-up so new starters are ready on day one.
  • •Keep the Baker Street office running day to day by handling workspace upkeep, routine checks, and acting as an early point of contact for IT issues, plus managing office suppliers and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Run genuine discovery conversations by asking good questions, listening, and understanding what clients want.
  • •Handle cold calling confidently, maintain momentum through rejection, and use “no” as information.
  • •Stay reliable and organised using checklists and systems to ensure the operational side of the office doesn’t slip.
  • •Be hands-on and practical, directly working with suppliers and contractors to fix issues.
  • •Review your own performance metrics (connection rates, conversion, call outcomes) and adjust your approach based on data.
