Key Responsibilities

  • •Support administration and ongoing execution of the GCT-RCV program, including review planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination of deliverables.
  • •Maintain and monitor the RCV review inventory, review schedule, and related program documentation.
  • •Develop validation approaches and testing scopes by reviewing and interpreting laws, regulations, regulatory changes, and internal policies/procedures.
  • •Execute regulatory change validation reviews and assess whether implementation activities meet applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance expectations.
  • •Prepare clear reports on validation testing results (observations, conclusions, and recommendations as applicable) and serve as a liaison with stakeholders; identify and escalate compliance risks to GCT-RCV management.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant compliance, risk, audit, regulatory change management, compliance testing, or related financial services experience.
  • •Experience reviewing and interpreting laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and related compliance requirements.
  • •Experience developing testing scopes, executing testing procedures, documenting results, and preparing written reports or summaries.
  • •Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to analyze and summarize information.
  • •College or University degree.
