Job Summary

Create and support marketing proposals for the East Region Marketing team, from capture through interview stage. Coordinate proposal content, schedules, templates, compliance, and production, providing conceptual guidance on document design and supporting resume/past performance sections. Lead or assist small to medium proposals and participate in review cycles (including Pink/Red team feedback) to implement revisions. Perform go/no-go analyses and drive continuous improvement through debriefs and client feedback review.

•Assist with large proposals and lead small to medium proposals across cross regions or business lines from capture through the interview stage, as required.
•Coordinate proposal content and information, including schedules, templates, compliance, content plans, and production; provide conceptual leadership for document design.
•May facilitate Pink and Red team color reviews, apply lessons learned, and manage implementation of proposal and presentation revisions.
•Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses and support capture planning and positioning activities related to proposal preparation.
•Complete internal debriefs for proposals led and review debriefs/client feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and desktop publishing software (Adobe Creative Suite).
•Understands marketing and communications concepts.
•Strong written communication skills and the ability to recognize, process, and present written information.
•Organizational, writing/researching/editing, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
