Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior stakeholders and communicate insights that drive real change for customers.
  • •Identify emerging risks, analyze their impact, and propose risk metrics to monitor and manage them over time.
  • •Own key metrics and Key Risk Indicators, tracking results throughout the quarter and ensuring accountability.
  • •Work with auditors, risk partners, and stakeholders to test existing controls and demonstrate control effectiveness using data.
  • •Build and maintain data pipelines, produce reports and visualizations, and deliver presentations that turn data into actionable insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 75,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with SQL and building data pipelines; dbt experience preferred, with the ability to design and implement new complex data models independently.
  • •Strong quantitative skills, ideally with a background in statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, analytics, computing, or other scientific areas.
  • •Strong communication skills to translate business insights into clear, persuasive analytical narratives that drive customer impact.
  • •Ability to structure business problems with minimal supervision and prioritize collaboratively with stakeholders, taking ownership of customer impact.
  • •Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and data storytelling.
