Key Responsibilities

  • •Help establish the expense accounting team in the India Shared Services Center, including implementation of standard business processes and governance for in-scope activities.
  • •Deliver successful transition of expense accounting processes from local finance teams to the India Shared Services Center.
  • •Ensure performance against Global KPIs to align with desired service levels to the business.
  • •Integrate expense accounting processes of new acquisitions into the India Shared Services Center.
  • •Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies across the shared services organization, including with the ERP IT team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with a CPA or Chartered Accountant certification (or similar).
  • •Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a global shared services center environment.
  • •Knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools, with experience in PeopleSoft a plus.
  • •Process expertise related to shared service center operations.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional management and finance leadership.
