Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle operations for a large, distributed workforce with high churn, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, payroll and statutory compliance in a piece-rate environment. Key Responsibilities

•Own and continuously improve end-to-end lifecycle processes, including offer issuance, bulk onboarding, background verification, data integrity across HRMS, payroll and compliance systems, and exit processing with statutory closures
•Design and operate bulk hiring and onboarding models capable of handling ~1,000 joiners per week and ensure deployment-readiness from Day 1
•Oversee lifecycle SLAs and ensure timely payroll and compliance in a high-volume environment with third-party payroll vendors
•Manage the fixed-term contract (FTC) lifecycle on third-party payroll, ensuring timely payroll and FTF processing and compliance
•Drive technology-enabled process excellence through HRMS, automation, and digitisation to reduce manual effort and scale operations

•12+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Payroll Management (preferred with high-volume environments)
•Experience handling high-volume, blue-collar, or salesforce headcount (15,000+ at scale)
•Deep functional expertise in managing full employee lifecycle and statutory compliance (registrations, remittances) in India
•Proven ability to design and execute scalable, automated payroll and Background Verification (BGV) processes in high-attrition environments
•MBA / PG Diploma in HR or equivalent is preferred and high proficiency in MS Excel
