Job Summary

Serve as a mission support team trainer and subject-matter expert for a fast-paced distributed ISR environment. Deliver customer training on the effective use of multispectral imagery, imagery tools, and exploitation techniques, while providing hands-on, over-the-shoulder guidance. Assist with resolving issues and anomalies in imagery products tied to Raytheon product lines, supporting operational readiness at a customer site.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a subject-matter expert to the customer on Raytheon product lines in a distributed ISR environment.
•Provide customer training on multispectral imagery, imagery tools, and exploitation techniques.
•Deliver structured classroom training and individualized over-the-shoulder, hands-on guidance.
•Assist the customer in resolving issues and anomalies within imagery products related to product lines.
•Ensure clarity, comprehension, and operational readiness during training and support.

Key Requirements

•Degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
•Imagery analyst experience in an intelligence environment, including exploitation tools and techniques and creating products from system image data.
•Experience with ISR sensor planning and/or collection management.
•Air Force DCGS and/or national-level intelligence agency experience.
•Active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government security clearance and U.S. citizenship; ability to deliver effective instruction in classroom and over-the-shoulder settings.
