Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical assembly, wiring, routing, termination, and installation of electrical components according to Epiroc standards and engineering drawings.
  • •Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and assembly drawings.
  • •Carry out testing, verification, and commissioning of electrical systems and machine functions, including parameter checks, continuity testing, sensor calibration, and functional testing.
  • •Coordinate with Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Assembly Technicians during machine build-up and testing activities.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electro-hydraulic, PLC, sensor, and communication-related issues; support RCA and corrective actions, and maintain assembly/testing records while ensuring EHS compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of experience in assembly, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment or heavy machinery.
  • •Experience with mining equipment, construction equipment, mobile machinery, or electro-hydraulic systems.
  • •Hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring, sensors, actuators, VFDs, PLC-based systems, and machine commissioning.
  • •Basic knowledge of PLC systems, CAN Bus communication, and machine control systems.
  • •Knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings, including electrical safety standards and LOTO procedures.
