Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate daily logistics operations within the assigned area to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
  • •Manage and support operational teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring procedures are followed.
  • •Monitor staffing needs (workforce planning, holidays, and replacement coverage) to maintain operational continuity.
  • •Oversee inventory movements and ensure accurate and efficient logistics processes.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, and support audits, documentation, and performance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Logistics experience, ideally in a manufacturing, automotive, or similar operational environment.
  • •Previous leadership and people management experience in a comparable operational role.
  • •A vocational qualification.
  • •Category B driving licence.
  • •Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
