HR Manager, Shanghai and Ganzhou

Lead the HR practice for Ingredion’s Shanghai and Ganzhou plants, aligning HR programs to business strategy and the company’s HR strategy. Partner with senior HR leaders, COE/SSC, and functional teams to drive recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, and talent acquisition. Oversee Workday data integrity and payroll processes, strengthen employee engagement and performance management, manage HR KPIs, and ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations. Build and develop the HR team.
