Key Responsibilities

•Design highly scalable, mission-critical brokerage systems for the Japan market.
•Develop and enhance middle- and back-office systems, including gRPC microservices, REST and gRPC APIs, and Japan-specific third-party vendor integrations.
•Enhance the core framework to support multiple languages, currencies, and markets, with focus on Japan-specific needs like NISA, MyNumber, withholding tax, and JP-GAAP accounting.
•Coordinate with local regulators, vendors, partners, and stakeholders in Japanese, translating requirements into technical specifications for the global engineering team.
•Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot incidents and reported bugs during Japan business hours to support proactive 24x7 stability.
