Job Summary

Own end-to-end program and project planning for the Royal Netherlands Air and Space Force Air Support Command, supporting AH-64 Apache and CH-47 Chinook fleets under a Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract. Independently develop and maintain integrated schedules, track metrics and change activity, and conduct risk, trend, and variance analysis. Serve as a primary stakeholder contact, improve program management processes, and work closely with customer and teams across Mesa (Apache) and Philadelphia (Chinook).

Key Responsibilities

•Independently develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules aligned to program/project requirements.
•Perform studies, trend/variance/impact analysis, and risk assessments to evaluate impacts, constraints, and program initiatives.
•Create and manage schedules, reports, metrics, and change activity; communicate and update plans throughout the program lifecycle.
•Improve project management processes and business systems by implementing best practices that support program decision-makers.
•Direct all phases of projects or subsystems from inception through completion and act as the primary project contact for stakeholder requirements and objectives.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of related work experience using program management best practices, preferably in a military or aerospace environment.
•Ability to obtain security clearance (VOG via City Council and no objections via the Military Security & Intelligence Agency (MIVD)).
•Fluency in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
•Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Project management certification and knowledge of ISO standards are preferred; EMAR experience is a plus.
