•Lead and inspire distributor partners to execute brand and portfolio strategies that drive topline growth and market share.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, collaborating with field marketing and key commercial partners.
•Own demand forecasting, pricing execution, and state-level financial performance including P&L accountability and budget management.
•Contribute to annual and long-range planning (AOP) by setting priorities and defining key performance indicators.
•Lead, coach, and develop Market Managers using OKRs, feedback, and performance metrics to drive consistent results.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,500 - 174,400 annually

Key Requirements

•8–10+ years of relevant experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the wine & spirits or consumer goods industry.
•Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
•Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with effective cross-functional collaboration.
•Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results.
•Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.
