Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive successful delivery by aligning stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, removing operational blockers, and ensuring clear ownership and decision-making across the engagement lifecycle.
  • •Partner with assigned FDE teams and customer stakeholders during pre-customer access to secure tooling access, define agent architecture/behavior, confirm goals/scope/success criteria, and coordinate onboarding and readiness activities.
  • •Coordinate agent build and prototyping by enabling joint local development, ensuring contributions to a shared code repository, and tracking execution across MongoDB and customer engineers.
  • •Manage deployment path planning for MongoDB tools and agents, including navigating cloud deployment restrictions, access controls, and alternative tooling/artifact repositories when needed.
  • •Prepare and deliver engagement readouts, confirm long-term ownership and customer roadmaps, and identify opportunities for future paid FDE engagement support as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years leading complex technical programs or engineering initiatives from initiation through delivery, with planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination in customer-facing environments.
  • •Fluency in modern AI application architectures, including LLM-based workflows, retrieval and grounding patterns, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation approaches.
  • •Proven ability to drive programs forward in ambiguous, fast-changing technical environments using structured planning, proactive dependency management, and clear decision-making.
  • •Ability to partner across Engineering, Product, customer stakeholders, and delivery teams to align goals, scope, priorities, timelines, and execution across the engagement lifecycle.
