Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build tools to test Cisco products, validating quality and stability from a System/Solution perspective, emulating real customer environments with wireless deployments
•Plan and execute automated and manual tests for Industrial IoT products, wireless, and LAN controllers across public and private clouds
•Reproduce and analyze customer-reported issues for IIoT and Enterprise products, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution
•Improve testing effectiveness using advanced approaches, tools, and technologies; adopt AI/ML techniques to enhance automation and manual execution
•Work with local and remote teams to review Product Requirements, Functional and Design Specifications, and test strategies for unit, integration, and system testing

Key Requirements

•8+ years in real-time embedded systems with end-to-end system understanding
•Proficient in Python for automation test frameworks
•Proven knowledge of networking including routers, switches, L2/L3 routing, VLANs and OSPF
•Experience with control/data plane software, Linux/RTOS/Networking OS internals, and performance/scale testing
•Experience writing code with AI/ML tools throughout the software development lifecycle
