Job Summary

Lead EMEA Sales Strategy & Planning within the Sales Operations organization, partnering with the SVP of EMEA to translate regional priorities into execution. Own the planning and analytical operating rhythm (QBRs/MBRs, org deep dives, performance readouts), run annual/quarterly planning and headcount processes, and drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Analytics, and GTM stakeholders. Build and develop a regional strategy team while turning complex data into clear narratives and actionable decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary Strategy & Planning business partner to the SVP of EMEA, shaping priorities and ensuring execution against key business goals.
•Lead and develop the EMEA Strategy & Planning team, setting priorities, coaching talent, and creating a high-accountability environment.
•Own the analytical operating rhythm (QBRs, MBRs, org deep dives, leadership reviews, performance readouts).
•Drive annual and quarterly planning for EMEA, including headcount planning, productivity analysis, budget partnership, and milestone execution.
•Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, Analytics, Compensation, and other GTM stakeholders to align assumptions and operating mechanisms.

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Consulting, Analytics, Finance, or a similar strategic business role.
•7+ years experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Consulting, or similar Strategy & Planning roles, with a track record leading complex cross-functional workstreams.
•Experience supporting senior sales or GTM leaders as a business partner.
•Experience leading or developing direct reports and building team operating practices.
•Strong analytical problem-solving and comfort using data to influence decisions; SQL is a plus.
