Key Responsibilities

  • •Use state-of-the-art inspection center tools and equipment to support vehicle readiness.
  • •Complete work as part of the reconditioning process to help deliver vehicles to customers when expected.
  • •Participate in training programs for entry-level technicians to progress skills and pay.
  • •Work mandatory overtime based on business needs, including during staffing for the first shift.

Key Requirements

  • •6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, including exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
