Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support the Anti-Bribery & Corruption compliance program, including third-party due diligence, risk assessments, and mitigation measures.
  • •Review due diligence and KYC/KYS screening outputs to identify compliance risks and advise on onboarding and contract renewal decisions.
  • •Provide compliance approvals and guidance for business courtesies, charitable donations, sponsorships, and related activities.
  • •Advise the business on Anti-Money Laundering, fraud prevention, antitrust, and other related regulatory compliance matters, including supporting M&A, joint ventures, and minority investments.
  • •Lead data privacy matters, including incident response, data subject access requests, privacy impact assessments, data transfer agreements, and contract negotiations; also deliver training, support audits, and contribute to policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a law degree from a reputable law school in the UK or a European jurisdiction.
  • •Be eligible to practice as a Solicitor in England & Wales or as an attorney qualified in a European jurisdiction.
  • •Strong legal experience in private practice and/or an in-house legal department focused on regulatory compliance, investigations, anti-bribery, AML, antitrust, and/or data privacy.
  • •Strong understanding of anti-bribery, AML, antitrust, and data privacy laws and regulations across key jurisdictions, including cross-border matters and international data transfers.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
