Associate, Client Service

Support advisor teams and clients by handling account operations, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance. Process advisory agreement and custodial account onboarding, resolve custodial inquiries, and manage asset movement requests including checks, wires, and ACH. Help with retirement rollovers, separately managed account and subdocument processing, and offboarding coordination. Maintain accuracy, compliance documentation, and proactive client communication while building technical knowledge through training and mentorship.
