Generation & Load Opt Lead

Lead long-term generation and resource planning for large load customers by turning complex load and resource uncertainty into scenarios, analyses, and projections aligned to Integrated Resourcing Planning (IRP). Perform deal support, system capacity/reliability/cost studies, and location-centric impact analysis in collaboration with transmission and gas planning teams. Prepare technical reports and deal economics to present key risks and recommendations to executive leadership, maintaining rigorous modeling documentation.
