Lead store operations to deliver consistently high customer experience aligned with PUMA’s brand values and service standards. Drive achievement of sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning, expense control, and effective sales and service. Oversee payroll control, merchandise opportunities, and inbound/outbound processing while ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining a safe, compliant environment. Work non-traditional hours as needed.
