Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain information governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, data integrity, security, and privacy (including data standards, classifications, and retention policies).
  • •Oversee the capture, collection, storage, and organization of project data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, quality, and availability.
  • •Facilitate information collaboration and communication using collaboration platforms and document management systems, including knowledge sharing and efficient information dissemination.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by assessing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, evaluating emerging technologies, and implementing best practices.
  • •Develop and deliver training programs and support stakeholders (including technology, vendors, and contractors) to align information management strategies and resolve technical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (or comparable experience and technical certifications).
  • •3+ years of experience in Digital Project Delivery (e.g., VDC, BIM).
  • •Experience with information management systems and technologies such as document management, collaboration platforms, enterprise content management, and data integration tools.
  • •Proficiency in information management and governance, including data standards, classifications, retention policies, and record keeping frameworks.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
