Plant Manager

Lead all aspects of plant operation and maintenance with P&L responsibility, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and effective training. Build and maintain a competent, well-trained workforce while driving productivity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Manage business performance, staffing, cost management, and external service providers, and oversee purchasing of required materials and services. Maintain strong relationships with customers and the community while executing Gas Plant strategy.
