Lead and coordinate bid activities to drive pipeline development and revenue growth for Turner & Townsend Taiwan. Manage proposals, tenders and bid responses, mobilize internal stakeholders, ensure on-time submission, and collaborate with external partners to win new business in Taiwan's market.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a best-practice approach and the execution of proposals, tenders and bid responses focused on key markets in Taiwan, including reviewing procurement documentation and formulating plans.
•Mobilize internal stakeholders, set timelines, and oversee execution against the plan.
•Ensure adherence to the bid-to-win process and governance requirements; provide feedback to senior leadership when needed.
•Facilitate discussions on differentiators and win themes to develop high-quality responses.
•Collaborate with Directors and other teams to deliver tender responses and coordinate with external organisations to develop bids.
•Deliver professional bids that comply with brand guidelines and clearly communicate key messages.
•Provide constructive feedback throughout the bid and interview process and escalate concerns as needed.
•Ensure all deadlines are met and bids are submitted on time.

Key Requirements

•Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, English or engineering.
•5+ years experience in bid management or business development.
•Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.
•Proofreading skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
•Organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
