Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a fully remote engineering team with accountability and psychological safety.
•Structure engineering pods for autonomy, define career ladders, and ensure succession planning while collaborating with Product Management for customer-centric outcomes.
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume, low-latency ad-tech infrastructure; balance feature delivery with modernization and cost optimization.
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across engineering operations.
•Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (e.g., DORA/SPACE) and drive AI-augmented development tools to reduce toil and improve delivery velocity.
