Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex executive calendars with autonomy using knowledge of leadership priorities and business objectives.
  • •Partner with senior leadership offices to coordinate schedules, anticipate needs, and provide seamless executive support.
  • •Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts by coordinating adjustments with peer Executive Assistants to align leadership priorities.
  • •Maintain organizational charts across Technology/Finance distribution lists and act as a trusted point of contact for communications and process questions.
  • •Book domestic and international travel and manage travel changes; support expense reporting and corporate card reconciliation in compliance with company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years supporting senior leaders (Vice President level or above preferred).
  • •Proven expertise in administrative or operational roles with knowledge of best practices.
  • •Strong attention to detail in scheduling and managing a complex executive workload under pressure.
  • •Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels and handle confidential or sensitive information discreetly.
  • •High proficiency with the MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with platforms such as Teams, Ariba, Amazon Business, Concur, and Qualtrics (preferred).
