Key Responsibilities

•Advise on aviation fuel product sale, purchase, logistics, and service agreements.
•Draft and negotiate commercial contracts across global operations.
•Provide legal advice on commercial issues related to international fuel trading activities.
•Develop contract templates and improve legal workflows to enhance efficiency.
•Educate internal teams on legal best practices and contract management.

Key Requirements

•Attorney qualified in South Africa with 2–5 years PQE (strong experience outside this range will be considered).
•Strong legal skills and commercial acumen to deliver practical legal solutions.
•Experience in energy, commodities trading, aviation, maritime, logistics, or commercial products/services is a plus.
•Comfortable working with legal and contract technology solutions.
•Ability to manage time, multiple priorities, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
