Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day leadership of the Safe and Secure team at facility(s), including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and problem solving.
  • •Partner with facility leadership to support associate and site safety, physical security, inventory control, crisis management, and business continuity; identify new risks and implement solutions.
  • •Monitor vehicle inventory in transit with the inventory control team, research and track vehicle exceptions, and manage stolen vehicle reporting and inquiries.
  • •Oversee security controls at gates/access points and manage Safe and Secure technology infrastructure to ensure tools function effectively.
  • •Manage card access and lead Safe and Secure training and production walk processes, including documenting issues and implementing facility improvement plans.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of Safe and Secure leadership experience, preferably including distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment.

  • •Experience implementing risk mitigation programs and investigating/resolving theft and fraud issues.
