•Drive tracing, monitoring, and evaluation workflows at scale with a focus on reliability and performance for high-volume data.
•Set engineering standards, lead code reviews, and establish foundational patterns to raise the team’s technical quality.
•Mentor engineers across levels, providing design feedback and guidance to enable delivery with high standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 270,000 annually
