Job Summary

Lead and coordinate Front Office Operations across APAC, providing end-to-end oversight of operational support for the asset management business. Drive regional execution, governance, and prioritization within a matrix structure, partnering with global leaders across Investment, Product, Risk, Technology, and Operations. Oversee portfolio implementation, platform management, and lifecycle activities, while establishing control environments and resolving complex operational challenges to improve scalability, efficiency, and risk management.

•Oversee performance and results of Front Office Operations across APAC, including multiple teams and delivery against business objectives.
•Provide direction to regional managers and matrixed teams by setting priorities, allocating resources, and executing regional business plans aligned with global strategy.
•Develop and execute regional operational plans covering portfolio implementation, platform management, and lifecycle activities with disciplined, scalable delivery.
•Oversee complex operational workflows to ensure alignment with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and investment mandates.
•Establish governance frameworks, set policies and priorities, and embed strong control environments to enhance operational resilience and consistency.
