Key Responsibilities

  • •Review lease agreements and abstract key lease information, including critical dates and business, legal, and financial obligations
  • •Enter and maintain lease agreement information in a lease management database, ensuring data integrity
  • •Maintain and update lease activities such as new leases, renewals/extensions, and terminations in a global lease database
  • •Manage lease documentation and processes including notices, audits-related items, invoices for Tenant Improvement Allowances, and reimbursement packages
  • •Monitor critical lease dates and handle lease-related reporting and reconciliations, including rent invoices and year-end reconciliations for subtenants

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lease abstraction or property administration
  • •Strong knowledge of commercial real estate lease agreements
  • •Ability to interpret and abstract lease documentation accurately
  • •High attention to detail and accuracy when processing large volumes of data
  • •Strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new management information systems
